PEMS has experienced resources that can manage and deliver the construction activities such as civil work, equipment placement, structure erection and installation of both mechanical and electrical packages.

All aspects of the construction delivery of a project is governed by the PEMS Project Management Manual. The manual underlines the importance with which PEMS attributes project management and the direct link between successful project management and a successful project.

The purpose of the manual is to enhance the PEMS Integrated Management System (IMS) by allowing to organise, plan and control projects. It is designed to help maximise the potential for the project to succeed by helping address each element of the project at the right time and to the right level of detail for the size and complexity of the project.

By identifying critical areas of a project, detailing roles and responsibilities and providing a guide through each phase of a project the PEMS Project Management Manual can be applied regardless of project scale, type or geographical location. Its application will ensure efficient and effective delivery of the project by appropriately managing costs, timescales, quality, scope, risks and opportunities to the mutual benefit of both PEMS and its Clients.
